REFUND POLICY

(School Bus Transportation Service – Pune)

  • Fees & Payment

    All transport fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan (monthly/quarterly/annual). Seat allocation is confirmed only after successful payment. Payments once made are considered acceptance of this refund policy.

  • Cancellation by Parent / Guardian

    Before Service Starts

    If cancellation request is received before the student starts using the service:

    Time of Cancellation Refund
    7+ days before service start 90% refund
    3–7 days before service start 70% refund
    Less than 3 days 50% refund

    Registration/processing charges are non-refundable.

  • After Service Has Started

    Once the child has started using transport:

    • Monthly plans → No refund
    • Quarterly plans → 50% refund for unused months
    • Annual plans → Pro-rata refund after deducting 1 month notice

    Refunds are processed only after written email request.

  • Mid-Term Route Change / School Change

    If service becomes unavailable due to:

    • Route change
    • School change
    • Relocation outside service area

    A pro-rata refund for unused period will be issued after deducting administrative charges.

  • Vendor Cancellation

    If the transport provider stops service due to operational reasons: Full pro-rata refund will be issued for unused period within 7–10 working days.

  • No Refund Situations

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Student absence / holidays / sick leave
    • School holidays / exam leave
    • Weather disruptions / traffic delays
    • Temporary route changes due to road closures or safety reasons
    • Misconduct leading to suspension of transport facility
  • Refund Processing Time

    Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method or bank transfer.
