2. Children of class 3 & below will not be left at the drop off point unless the designated adult is present to collect them with the Guardian Card issued by the School. In case Guardian card not shown the child will be brought back to school and it will be the responsibility of the parent to collect the child from school.

3. Transport fees is to be paid in favour of Tej Travels and it is applicable and charged for twelve months in an academic year, divided in two terms. Full payment for each term should be done irrespective of number of working days. One way facility is not available, full fees shall be charged for the same. For Std 10th, 11th & 12th bus fees to be paid for both the terms at the time of admission for school bus, no withdrawal in 2nd term allowed.

4. Transport facility for classes Nur. To 9th once availed will not be withdrawn during the term. No refund in case of withdrawal will be made for the unexpired portion of the term, from transport facility. Only in exceptional cases, discontinuation of transport facility for the ensuring term should be intimated in the specified form, atleast one month before the end of the previous term, otherwise shall be liable to pay as applicable. In case the pick and drop-off points are different the fees for longest distance shall be charged.
